Job Summary:
Join the RNNation.com team as a Sales Representative and play a vital role in bridging healthcare professionals with employers in need of their expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential healthcare employers, introduce our specialized services, and secure job listing subscriptions. This commission-based role offers you the opportunity to directly influence your earnings through your sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential healthcare employers and organizations seeking nursing talent.
- Use diverse communication methods, including email, phone, social media, and networking events, to engage potential clients.
- Present and promote the benefits of our job listing subscriptions to healthcare employers.
- Address employer needs and concerns by effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, leads, and sales within our CRM system.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Offer feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Passion for connecting professionals with meaningful opportunities, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present and explain product features and benefits.
- Self-driven, with a strong determination to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Compensation:
This role offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn based on your sales success. The earning potential is uncapped.
