Provide hands-on bedside care through pre-pregnancy complications, laboring moms, delivery of baby, and recovery period. Collaborate across NICU, Couplet Care, OR, and ED teams. Interpret fetal monitoring and anticipate labor progression Act as a clinical leader, supervising and delegating patient care as needed Ensure safety, comfort, and communication throughout the birth experience Participate in hourly rounding and uphold evidence-based nursing standards With appropriate experience, can be assigned charge nurse or OB triage duties.
