Clinical Educator (RN) Responsibilities: In collaboration with Human Resources, coordinate Agency orientation for clinical staff Develop and coordinate ongoing staff development and clinical training course content Ensure Agency compliance with required orientation and ongoing educational and in-service needs as directed by the Medicare CoPs, CHAP standards, and other applicable accreditation/governmental agency requirements Working with Clinical leadership, coordinate Staff Meeting Agenda and In-services along with content Participate with clinical leadership staff in the selection of agency preceptors/mentors Develop preceptor/mentor curriculum and ensures training of Agency preceptors/mentors Collaborate with clinical management staff on process improvement and problem solving, including staff education and remediation needs Perform field visits as needed Clinical Educator Requirements Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in either Michigan, Illinois or Pennsylvania Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Master’s degree in Nursing or health care-related field preferred 2 years of experience in Hospice Education 1 year of experience in Quality Improvement related activities preferred NOTICE: Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
