The Home for Little Wanderers, Southeast Campus, located in Plymouth is looking for a Full-time Residential Supervisor to make a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and/or who have significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Southeast Campus (SEC) is a co-ed residential treatment program which also has a year-round private special education school, the COVE School. The program is located on a 53-acre site in scenic Plymouth Massachusetts. SEC is licensed to serve residential and day students. Southeast Campus emphasizes promoting positive social/emotional skills; helping children meet academic, behavioral, and permanency goals; and providing vocational development, exercise and fun.
How You Will Be Making A Difference
What to Expect in the Role
Must have a valid ID and ability to pass a CORI/background check
Ability to be physically active for an 8-10 hour shift
Able to participate in verbal de-escalation and physical interventions with youth
MAP certified preferred
Ability to multi-task in a changing and fast-paced treatment environment
Ability to receive and implement feedback in the moment and through a structured supervision process
Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
