Position Summary – Medical Assistant

You’ll work closely with providers and support staff in a collaborative, team-based environment that focuses on whole-person care—treating not just symptoms, but the whole individual.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism—your smile sets the tone!
• Use integrated computer systems to keep things running smoothly.
• Prepare patients for visits: take vitals, gather medical history, and assist with procedures.
• Support providers during exams and treatments, and follow up with care instructions.
• Handle prescription requests, lab work, and documentation with accuracy and care.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready for anything.
• Be a key player in quality improvement and patient-centered care.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a medical assistant or LPN program.
• CMA, RMA, or LPN preferred.
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• A team player who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.
