About the Role

We’re seeking a Certified Medical Assistant – Clinical Care to play a key role in supporting both our providers and our patients. This position blends hands-on clinical responsibilities with daily operational support to ensure a smooth, compassionate, and efficient patient experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in a clinical setting, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect and accurately document patient histories, vitals, test results, and clinical information while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms and assist providers during procedures
  • Administer medications, injections, and perform EKGs within scope of practice
  • Support daily clinic operations including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and medical record maintenance
  • Provide compassionate, professional support to patients and families
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Collaborate with the care team to maintain efficient workflows and a positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program or military medical corpsman program
  • 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or medical setting
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, patient care standards, and clinical procedures
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Comfort using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • A team-oriented mindset with a calm, professional presence

Preferred Experience

  • EMR systems (1+ year)
  • Phlebotomy (1+ year)
  • Pediatric experience (1+ year)
  • Medical terminology proficiency

Certification:

  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) – Preferred

Clinical Duties May Include

  • Injections
  • EKGs
  • Medication administration

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday
  • Day shift (8-hour shifts)
