Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Qualifications ✔ Required Education: High school diploma or GED Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; must maintain a current LPN license in the hiring state Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance Experience: New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome Certifications: BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire LPN-IV certification (completed or obtained within department time frames—up to 1 year) ✔ May Be Required (Based on Unit) ACLS PALS Additional unit-specific certifications as needed Why Mercy?
