This role includes scheduled clinical hours and call responsibilities. Schedule Mon–Thu: Clinic (8am–5pm) OR (7:30am start; may extend to 3–5pm) Friday: Clinic/OR/Admin (7:30am–5pm) Call: 5–7 days/month 24hr weekend call when scheduled Night Call: 5pm–8am Responsibilities Assist in orthopedic surgeries (trauma-focused preferred) Provide outpatient and inpatient care Manage pre/post-operative patients Participate in call rotation Requirements Active California NP or PA license Active CA DEA BLS certification (required) Minimum 2 years recent orthopedic clinical experience Comfortable in OR clinic settings Case logs required (for surgical experience) Credentialing Estimated timeframe: ~90 days Privileges required prior to start Practice Details Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Patients per shift: 20–22 EMR: Epic About TheraEX Staffing Services TheraEx Staffing Services is a leading name in healthcare staffing solutions.
