Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Location: Kailua, HI Department: Telemetry (TELE) Contract Dates: March 30, 2026 – June 27, 2026 Schedule: Nights | 12-hour shifts | 36–48 hrs/week Position Summary The Telemetry Registered Nurse delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process and established standards of care. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, supervision of support staff, and strong critical-thinking skills. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and analyze relevant clinical data Develop and implement individualized care plans Evaluate patient outcomes and modify plans based on progress Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members Deliver patient and family education Participate in discharge planning Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff Maintain a safe environment and promote health and healing Perform other nursing duties as needed Schedule Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM 12-hour shifts (36–48 hours per week) One full-time position available Required Experience Acute care experience preferred Telemetry experience strongly recommended Ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced environment Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): Preferred Graduate of accredited nursing program (required) About Hanker Systems Inc Healthcare staffing at Hanker Systems Inc is focused on delivering the right talent to support quality patient care.
