Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Staff RN – Cardiac Telemetry Location: Independence (Kansas City area) Unit: Cardiac Telemetry (36-bed specialty unit) Type: Permanent / Staff Position Job Overview This is a Cardiac Telemetry RN role , focused on: Monitoring heart rhythms (ECG interpretation) Managing arrhythmias & cardiac events Caring for step-down (PCU-level) patients Handling a variety of conditions : Chest pain Stroke COPD Post-op patients Cardiac drips Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience Education: Diploma / ADN / BSN Licensing: Missouri RN license or compact license Certifications: BLS (required at hire) ACLS (within 1 year) Bonuses $12,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) Relocation: Case-by-case NS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
