Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds :26v · Type of equipment : Alaris pump, Nxstage CRRT, Arctic Sun TTM, · Documentation system: EPIC · Scheduling requirements: every other weekend(half of weekend shift for month) · Floating policy: float to ICUs, IMC, or ED (for ICU holds) Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must have : ACLS, BLS, ICU experience, intubated patients, titrate vasopressors, manage sedation and paralytics Advanced skills needed: Nxstage CRRT Procedures performed on unit: chest tube placement, bronchoscopy, intubation, G-tube placement, MTP, access placement Resource pool, per diem, and travel assignments available as well
