The 10-week Fund Solutions Internship Program offers an introduction and immediate exposure to the tax, financial reporting and net-asset value (NAV) departments at Cambridge Associates. Interns participate in an orientation and training program to familiarize them with the firm and job responsibilities. Under the supervision of our Fund Solutions team members, the intern can expect to participate in data collection, tax return filing, payments to taxing authorities, and assist with other tax-related tasks, NAV reporting or other Fund Solutions related activities.

Position Specifics:

  • Location of Position: Boston, MA

  • Program Length: 10-week program from June 1 to August 7, 2026 (open to rising seniors: Class of 2027)

  • Office Requirement: Summer Analysts are expected to work in their assigned office at least 4 days per week with the option to work from home 1 day per week.

  • Expected Hours: Summer Analysts are expected to work 40 hours per week

  • Base Pay/Salary: Boston, MA:  $22.50 / hour

  • Additionally, offer includes sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the collection of tax documents and review them for completeness, gaining hands-on experience in tax compliance and supporting the accuracy of financial processes.
  • Documenting processes, analysis of various data sets, and organizing data and files.  Interns will learn systems and run reports as required
  • Assist in financial reporting activities, which may include assistance with various areas of fund audits
  • Assist in NAV reporting activities which may include providing support in gathering and organizing data for monthly and quarterly NAV reporting processes
  • Support the Fund Solutions team in resolving any issues or discrepancies with the Third-Party Fund Administrator's deliverables, contributing to the development and enhancement of internal procedures and documentation
  • Collaborating with the Fund Solutions team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support senior members
  • Additional tasks and projects to learn more about the firm and Fund Operations

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in bachelor’s degree program in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
  • Proactive communicator and an ability to operate effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that will consist of in-person and work from home options
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship or restriction now or in the future

In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
