This position is responsible for leading a team of data architects and data governance professionals. The team is tasked with developing and maintaining data models, data catalogs, and related standards to ensure that data is standardized, consistent, and properly cataloged. This role involves overseeing the development and governance of data models, as well as collaborating with technical staff and business stewards to design and catalog master data introduced into the program. Additionally, this position provides oversight of the guiding principles, policies, best practices, and standards associated with the team.

How you will make an impact:
Oversee the development of data models and the data catalog
Ensure data standardization, consistency, and identification of business stewards for each element in the data catalog
Resource planning for all projects including PMO, IT and team initiatives
Daily supervision and technical direction to the team
Develop Data Architecture and Data Governance strategy and roadmaps
What you need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience with relational databases, including Oracle and Postgres.
2+ years of experience in Data/Information Architecture.
Familiarity with Data Governance programs.
3+ years of experience supervising technical staff.
Demonstrated success in managing large or complex projects.
Ability to provide technical leadership and supervise personnel.
Desired not required
Proficiency in data classification.
Experience in developing and maintaining standards and best practices.

The expected salary range for this position is $155,000 - $205,000 per year.
