Clinic Nurse LPN/RN

The Clinic Nurse provides direct patient care including assessments, treatments, medication administration, diagnostic testing, and follow-up coordination. This role works closely with providers and care teams to ensure continuity of care and a positive patient experience. Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday - Clinics close at 2:00 pm every Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories and symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform diagnostic testing and assist with procedures
• Coordinate care and act as liaison with outside organizations
• Provide patient education before and after visits, including medication and equipment instruction
• Complete accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current, unencumbered Kansas LPN or RN license (or temporary permit) required
• CPR certification for Healthcare Providers (or obtain within 90 days)
• Current vaccination record meeting ACIP Healthcare Worker recommendations required
• One year of primary care experience preferred
• FQHC experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
